No yoga experience needed. Come and experience this interactive introduction and witness a demo of yoga therapy. Yoga therapy combines ancient yoga postures and principles with contemporary psychotherapy concepts to allow you access to your deep unconscious thoughts, beliefs, habits and memories. Through these supported postures you may connect your body, mind and spirit in new, meaningful ways. TRIED & TRUE STRESS RELIEF WORKSHOP

YOGA AND SLEEP WORKSHOP

Whatever your complaint is about your sleep patterns or lack of, you will come away with hope and the possibility of healthy, rejuvenating sleep. Learn about the latest holistic approach to sleep and take home easy yoga poses suited to your body as well as yoga breathing techniques that have been used to induce relaxation successfully throughout the ages. YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE
Check schedule list..Held 1 time a year. If you are peri menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal put this interactive and informative workshop at the top of your to do list. Christine will arm you with tools to support you during this God given feminine transition. You will be guided into yoga poses (no experience necessary), breathing techniques, learn about herbs, hormone replacement therapy and nutritional options that will ease the discomforts of menopause. HIMALAYAN MEDITATION 5 WK COURSE
This course is for beginners to those who have tried without success or those who have been meditating for years and want to freshen up their meditation. When you meditate in a group you will find answers to questions that you did not know to ask. There is a dynamic energy in the group meditation that will boost your confidence and bring you back to your meditation cushion. You will learn how to sit comfortably for your body as well as learn the distinction between contemplation and prayer and meditation.
