NOV 10th until Jan 23rd I'm teaching an 8 week course of Yoga (5 per week) and Ease of Movement (3 per week) on ZOOM. If you are new, the 1st Class is FREE. In addition I will be starting another 6 week Himalayan Meditation Course Nov 14th until Dec 19th. I also offer a free personal tutorial on how to use Zoom. SLEEP SOUNDLY - Learn breathing techniques that will help you relax and prepare for a more sound sleep. Coupled with that are the deeply restorative postures that will relax you when you can't sleep or when you can't get back to sleep.
